Q: What is your service area?
A: We service all of Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. Rates depend on location, for a quote please use our booking tool.
Q: What is covered in a home inspection?
A: Home inspections are a non-invasive top-to-bottom inspection of a home. This means that we will inspect everything we can without the potential for hazards or undue harm to the home. For a full list of what is included please visit our Home Inspections Services page.
Q: How long will an inspection take?
A: Home inspections can take anywhere from two to five hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. When booking the inspection please allow for five hours.
Q: Will there be a written report?
A: A digital report will be provided after the inspection and full payment. If you would like a physical copy of your report we can do that as well.
Q: How long will it take to get the report?
A: You can expect the report for a home or septic inspection by the end of the day. A full thermal imaging report may take up to one business day due to the high volume of media included.
Q: What additional services can you provide?
A: If you require additional services for your home or sewer inspection please contact us. We have add-on services that are not included on our website.
Q: Can I come along for the inspection?
A: You are absolutely allowed to come along for the inspection, however, the inspection can take up to five hours and there are sections of the inspection that you will not be allowed to participate in. We suggest that you plan to be at the beginning and/or the end of the inspection, or you plan a time for a thorough in-person report with the inspector.
Q: Will you answer any questions I have?
A: Absolutely! We encourage our clients to be up-front about any reservations and questions that they have about the property. After the inspection, we will answer any and all questions to the best of our ability.
Q: Can you perform repair work if it is needed?
A: Unfortunately, completing any repairs would be a conflict of interest. We can, however, refer you to someone who can complete the work.
