Although household cleaning companies may have you thinking that you need a lot of fancy cleaning products in your home, most cleaning can be done simply with warm water and a bit of dish soap or detergent. Here is a list of all the cleaners you should need, and what they can be used for.

  • Dish Soap or Laundry Detergent: Can be used to get dirt and grime off just about everything. Have a harder job with more buildup? Use hotter water and more soap.

  • Bleach: Sanitizer. Bleach can be used to sanitize bathrooms, and other surfaces as they need.

  • Vinegar: Vinegar is a cleaning agent as old as time. My Grandmother used it as a multipurpose cleaner as I am sure yours did too. Vinegar is a natural multipurpose cleaner for daily use, just mix with a bit of water.

  • Degreaser: For those hard greasy jobs, this one is optional if you like to keep things more natural. We like to keep some on hand for those extra hard jobs, such as cleaning the filters of our range hood.

  • Window Cleaner: This one is a must if you have little children or pets. We all know critters like to leave their nose prints on the windows!
